Returns Policy

Andolini are committed to providing only the highest quality menswear and place customer service as one of its top priorities. We hope you will be 100% satisfied everytime you purchase from us.

If however, you are unhappy for some reason you can return your purchase in its original condition, complete with attached tags and receipt within 7 days of the original order. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the initial postage, which will be deducted at cost and a full refund of the remaining amound credited to you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of return postage to us. We do not accept responsibility for, fair wear and tear, failure to comply with washing instructions, abuse of 3rd party damaged i.e dry cleaning etc. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We want to make sure your return is dealt by us, as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please state your reason when returning your order and contact us via email before you post your item.

If you would like an alternative size, item or colour please quote your order model number and contact us using the contact form on this site. If returning an item due to wrong fitting, please note that free UK delivery is only offered on the original order. We appreciate buying clothing online can be difficult without trying items on which is why we go to great lengths to provide our unique sizing chart. This helps us minimise costs for all our customers and keep our online prices the lowest in the UK.

Once we have received your order it will be dealt with by our customer services department and you will be contacted by email or telephone. Please ensure all items are carefully and securely packaged as we cannot accept liability for transit damage. Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery to our returns address.
