Chest is taken from underarm seam to underarm seam, Length is from the neck line to hem (excluding hood or collar) and Sleeve is the inside underarm seam to cuff.

Short Sleeved Garments

Chest is taken from underarm seam to underarm seam, Length is from the neck line to hem.
